I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were nice and comfortable, offering great value for money with good amenities. The service was exceptional, especially from Amit Tiwari at the reception, who was very polite and jolly. The location was quite convenient, being within walking distance of the main railway station. The dining experience was enjoyable with a variety of options, perfect for family and friends.

The hotel feels like home, with its good location close to the railway station and Civil lines. The rooms, though occupied by families even after a long wait, are facing the street. The service, especially by Salman and Mr Amit Tiwari, is extremely prompt and caring. The dining experience offers a variety from Indian to continental, reminiscent of good business hotels like Holiday Inn Express.
